Returns
At FYMENAH we highly value the importance of customer satisfaction and we want to ensure you purchase with confidence.
Please submit your request through our RETURNS PORTAL
We offer refunds or store credits of products for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion);
- the products are not earrings or undergarments (for hygiene reasons);
- the products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered;
- the products are in their original undamaged packaging with all the product tags still intact;
- the products are not final sale items, custom-made, special buy products or gift vouchers; and
- a return request has been completed and lodged within 14 days of receiving the items via the returns portal here.
We not provide a refund or store credit for any delivery fees you have paid to receive your items.
Full priced items (including items purchased with promotional codes e.g. welcome codes/vouchers) are eligible for refunds to original payment method for Australian customers. Where you seek a refund for the returned items, we will charge you a return shipping and restocking fee of $16.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are based overseas (outside Australia), we do not provide exchange or refunds of products but we agree to provide you with a store credit for eligible returns. The costs associated with returning the item is to be covered by you this includes but limited to freight and, or customs tax as these are charged by your local government and not collected by us and are not eligible for credit.
Sale items (except for final sale items) are eligible for return for store credit, please ensure the return request is initiated and approved within 14 days of receipt of good through our returns portal here.
Return and restocking fee is waived for returns for store credit. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
Australian Consumer Law (including faulty or defective products)
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For Faulty Items please raise a return request through our returns portal here by selecting faulty as the reason, provide a description of the fault and pictures so it can be assessed by our team and approved for return.
Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the price of the relevant product.
