We hate when that happens too! FYMENAH has carefully curated pieces, we are unable to guarantee restocking of specific items. However please register your interest by entering your email address on the notify me section on the product’s page to be contacted if or when it becomes restocked, so you don’t miss out on the next release.

All our beautiful pieces come with care instructions located on the inside of our garments. We also list these instructions on the product page of our website.
To help and support you on your decision to select the correct size all our product descriptions include stretch guides, fit guides and recommendations for customers that are in between sizes.The model’s measurements and the garment size are also listed to assist.
As we are all beautifully and uniquely created all these tools provide a recommendation only and the purchaser is ultimately responsible for selecting the correct size.

Payments & Store Credit
Absolutely! We love to welcome everyone to our FYMENAH community. You will receive a welcome promotional code when signing up to our mailing list and be the FIRST to know about Collection Launches, Back In Stock items and Promotional Events!
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept split payment methods, please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions.
Taxes (GST or VAT) and Customs Duties are implemented by Local State and Federal Governments and are not issued by retailers so they will vary between jurisdictions and countries.
As orders are designed and shipped from Australia any Tax, VAT, Customs or Import Fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These additional fees are not included or displayed on our product page. Should your order be subjected to the above, VAT will be displayed at check out and Customs/Import Taxes will be requested from you by our delivery partners when the order has reached your country.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
When you are ready to check out, click on your cart and proceed to check out. You will see a section to enter your Promo Code before completing your order.
Please note only one promotional code can be used per order.
Returns
At FYMENAH we highly value the importance of customer satisfaction, and we want to ensure you purchase with confidence.
Our Domestic customers (AUS) have 14 days from receiving their order to return full priced items for a refund to their original payment method or store credit by using our returns portal.
Our International customers (All Countries other than AUS) have 14 days from receiving their order to return full priced items for a store credit by using our returns portal. Purchase and Return shipment fees including taxes/custom duties will be at customers expense, Duties/Taxes paid to recipients local State and Government are not refundable for store credit.
Due to hygiene reasons Earrings and Undergarments are not eligible for returns.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
Please ensure your item meets the returns criteria prior to sending back. All returns are inspected upon receipt, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and returns to be processed.

At present we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item please create a return in the returns portal and create a purchase for a new order.
Australian Customers.
Full Priced Items (including items purchased with promotional codes e.g. welcome vouchers) are eligible for refunds to original payment method for Australian customers a $16.95 fee for return shipping and restocking is deducted from the refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of return for inspection and refunds processing to your original payment method.
International Customers (Countries outside Aus)
At this time, we offer returns for Store Credit only available to use for 12 months from the issue date, return shipment fees including taxes/duties will be at customers expense, Duties/Taxes paid to recipients local Government are non-refundable.
Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of return for inspection and store credit issuing.

Sales items are eligible for a return for store credit to use for 12 months from issue date. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Items that are excluded from returns will not be eligible to select from your order to return, e.g. earnings and undergarments are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Once you’ve been notified by email FYMENAH has processed your refund the request is sent to your financial institution or payment provider (Bank, Afterpay or PayPal) if you haven’t received your refund within 5-10 business days please contact your financial institution or payment provider to follow up.
Once you’ve been notified by email FYMENAH has processed your return and the store credit hasn’t been emailed or placed of your account within 5-10 business day please contact our customer service team on hello@fymenah.com.au please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
Our team works hard to ensure each item is prepared and handled delicately until it arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely case it of an item being delivered as faulty please raise a return through our returns portal by selecting faulty for the reason as soon as possible, provide a description of the fault and pictures so it can be assessed by our team for approval.
If approved a free returns shipping label will be provided to you and a return will be processed 5-10 business days from the receipt of goods.
Orders & Delivery
Yes, we do! We offer free Domestic (AUS) standard shipping for orders above $250 and free Domestic (AUS) express shipping for orders above $450.
Currently for International customers VAT and Shipping costs are calculated at checkout paid by customers.
For all customers please ensure you nominate your appropriate delivery method e.g. signature on delivery as FYMENAH is not responsible for delivery method nominated by customer in case of non-tracking option selected or no signature on delivery (e.g. leave in a safe place)
Yes, we offer same day dispatch if orders are placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm AEST Friday will be processed next business day.
Great news for our international customers, yes! We ship overseas, please use our shipping options calculator at checkout to estimate pricing and timeframes for each shipping method. As your goods are designed in and dispatched from Australia there may be customs or import duties payable by the purchaser this will depend on your location and local Government. Any applicable Import or Customs Tax will be communicated to you by our delivery partners when your order reaches your country of residence.
Please note that packages may undergo customs clearance procedures, potentially leading to delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
We understand sometimes plans change, as we strive to get you the beautiful pieces you’ve ordered as soon as possible, we have a very short window to make any changes to orders before they’ve progressed.
